At Hardy Chevrolet, we’re always eager to find ways to give back to our community. That’s why we hold community blood drives periodically throughout the year to help those who need it most. Our most recent blood drive was in early March, where we set up here at our dealership to give back to our community in one of the most positive ways that we could think of. Giving blood is giving life, and it’s our honor to set aside a time and place for a blood drive so that we can come together as a community to make sure that blood supplies don’t fall.
We Hold Blood Drives Throughout the Year
Our last few blood drives were in March, November, September, and May. So, it’s safe to say that we have made community blood drives a bit of a habit. Our goal is to create a space that makes it easy for community members to stop by and give blood so that those who need it never have to be at the mercy of a shortage. Through regular blood drives, we hope to bring our community together so that we can all be stronger as a whole.

How to Participate in Our Blood Drives
There are typically a couple of ways in which you can participate in our blood drives here at our Chevy dealership serving Douglasville and Powder Springs. Walk-ins are usually welcome, so you can simply stop by our dealership to give blood. You can also set an appointment by scheduling online if you prefer to reserve a spot ahead of time.
How Are Our Blood Drives Conducted?
We partner with LifeSouth for a mobile blood drive. When you visit us on blood drive day, you’ll notice a large vehicle set up to receive blood donors in a comfortable, clean environment. This makes it easy to set up a blood drive so that community members can stop in, give blood, and go about their day.
