We ordered a 25 diesel yukon xl. These vehicles are hard to get. This is our second new diesel yukon order. They keep earning our business. Tyrone Newbern is great to deal with. Go see him and tell him "M" sent you. He is easy to deal with, keeps you updated, no pressure, super transparent. I am hard to please and Hardy keeps earning my business. I truly feel like they care about my business.

Easy to deal with.

I've been taking my Chevy Blazer to the dealership for service since day one, so I thought I could trust them. But when my coolant tank turned up empty, they suddenly claimed there was a leak. After they tried to charge me $1500 for repairs, I couldn't believe it—there’s nothing wrong with my gauge! I've always kept up with regular maintenance, and now I feel like they just wanted to rip me off. Honestly, I'm done with this dealership; there's no way I'm bringing my Blazer back there.

Oil change was perfect. I needed someone to look at why my Apple Car Play had quit connecting. I mentioned that when I scheduled my oil change on line. But when my husband asked about it they said I was only scheduled for the oil change. He did however try to recalibrate it and it worked for a short while and has stopped working again. I will now have to schedule an appointment by phone I guess to come back again.

This Dealer did nothing about my problem until it was out of warranty, then they fixed the problem and charged me 1,184.81 dollars for the repairs.

I was quoted a price for the oil change and tire rotation. I asked the CSR person to put it in the notes about the $30.00 coupon, She said it was done and i received the email from late saturday after the oil change was done. When checking out the cashier did not make any contact with me, just put the paper in front on me and I told her that the total was not what was told. she looked at Anna with a shocked look on her face and a bit of frustration, BAD BAD customer service from her. She acted like I was bothering her to be there on a saturday. I also am still waiting on a phone call from the GM about the test drive that we took to show him about the hesitation while driving. He said that he will get with the service manager and contact me back. As of 6-10-25 no call back.

I had actually been to the Hendrick dealership where we were treated wrong. I looked on line seen your dealership had what I wanted. I live 2 hours from the Hardy dealership in Dallas . I called on a Thursday afternoon to make sure you still had the vehicle that I saw on line. I spoke with Kristin, she had to call me back just to make sure she had eyes on the vehicle. She did call me back and said it was there, I explained that I was 2 hours away and that I would be there on Friday morning. She said she would have it ready for me to look at when I got there. We drove it , decided that’s what I wanted and we did all the paperwork. She was great very friendly and personal. Nick was also very friendly and personable. The only negative then I could say is that my brand new car I bought wasn’t washed and cleaned. The guys who clean the cars had to wash it twice and still didn’t do a good job, then left the back window down and a down pour of rain came. I’m sure that I will have my 2025 Tahoe for awhile, but I would definitely come back and hopefully Kristen will still be there. I would definitely tell people it’s worth the drive to Dallas Hardy Chevrolet,

I would have liked them to explain the things they did and some advice on what to do. My brakes were in the yellow and I needed to know how soon I should have them done. the paper work didn't go into detail about this and it confused me. I think the mechanic should come and talk to you and not just lead you into the office to pay.

Service Writer at first told me the recall wasn’t ready. I received a letter from GM that it was and made my appointment. I told her that and she checked and determined it was. It worked out but it was not a good start. The engine recall is enough to be concerned about.

Just a minor repair a box kept falling from under the dash 3 days after purchase, came over to the shop once and the tried to replace in drive up, the next it came out. So this time they took it to bay and actually fixed it, so far it worked. Thanks

I tried to do business with Hardy about a Endurance Warranty claim. Your Representaative did everything to help me, but Endurance was impossible, so I left without doing any business. Endurance caused so many problems wasting my time and your Representatives time. I would not do business with Endurance if I were Hardy Chevrolet/GMC I am 75 years old, and it was a very unkind experience that no one should ever go through. Hardy lost business and I lost thousands of dollars that were not covered by Endurance. I will pay out of pocket for a local shop to fix, then go back to Hardy to purchase another car. Everybody lost in this situation, Hardy, me and Endurance (I closed my account with Endurance).

Tyrone was our salesman, and he was very patient, helpful, and was able to work with me via text because I was at work during most of our communication. He wasn't pushy but also wanted to work with us.

Came in to get recall work done on my GMC vehicle and Anna took care of us. All items were taken care of and the car was done the same day.

I had an order in at another dealership for my wife’s Yukon. We happened to be in Dallas looking at a truck for me, and after talking with Paul Harrison I cancelled that order and placed one with him. Him was truly helpful, listened to what I was actually asking for and saying, and even kept me posted on the step by step build process of our new Yukon. Absolutely loved our experience and will be back probably in a couple of months to get me a new truck from Paul and Hardy dealership

Please tell your tire technicians when mounting tires to the rim to please clamp the wheel externally. This will prevent damage to the wheel. Metal on metal will cause damage. I ordered the 22 inch black wheels and used the dealership to install thinking this would not be an issue. All 4 wheels have inner barrel scratches. Services was completed on 7/10/25. I have the receipt if needed.

As once before I only received six quarts of oil this time I'm not sure what's going on sometimes eight quarts then six I don't know

Kim and Kristen both assisted us with the sale of our 2025 Yukon Elevation. We went in looking for this particular vehicle and although there was not one on the lot specifically like we were wanting, they located a car to our liking. Both were very professional but not pushy as was the vibe given off by the entire staff of this dealership. The overall experience was quite satisfying. They definitely worked as a team to give us a wonderful experience. This was our first time using Hardy dealership and we will definitely return when we are in the market again!

I was greeted promptly by the staff, could not say they were very friendly. Professional , not friendly. My truck was taken back immediately and serviced quickly. However when the service was completed, the truck sat in the parking lot for over 15 minutes before I had to ask if it was ready!! Not what I expected.

When I go to buy a vehicle, I'm a serious buyer. There is nothing more aggravating than having to answer "canned" questions from a rookie salesman. I have done the research, know what I want and know what I want to pay for it. Its a simple process and one that so many dealerships have forgot about. With Hardy Chevrolet and Bryan Rudow, they made it simple and easy. They had the truck I wanted, we agreed on a price, we then agreed on a trade value and I wired the money. So simple, no games, truck sold. Maybe the rest of the dealers will get back to actually selling vehicles instead of playing games.

They fixed my car in a quick and timely manner. I came to pick it up on a Saturday, luckily I had my spare key in my pocket because the technician had locked my key in his toolbox and already left for the day. Drove by on Monday to get my key even though they offered to mail it or deliver the key to my house.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and efficient. Anna Villanova, the service writer was very nice, polite and quick to respond. However I asked for the tire pressure to be checked and regulated. As the computer in the vehicle shows the front tire pressure off. Nothing was done other than they took the valve stem covers off and didn't replace them. The cashier brought me my keys and paperwork when it was done. I asked the situation and they said it's somebody Not a thank you. Not a don't have any questions. Not a review of the report. Lastly the waiting room needs to have a pesticide company come and spray. I sat down at the compter table to do some work while I waited and apparently there are ants under the table. I got bitten several times and was covered up on my feet by ants before I knew it. Really kind of sad from the "We love you and we need you people"

Paul was really great to work with. He was transparent straight to the point and he took care of me and my family while we were in the dealership I would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Love this location and its employees. From the time I arrive to the time I leave I'm always satisfied. The service desk employees are friendly,informative and thorough as well as the service technicians.

They sent me home with my car because the part was on back order. They knew I was going out of town. The car did not start after we arrived at our destination 300 miles away from home and we had to jump it off and keep it cranked the whole way home. This is a new car and we should not have had to return the rental until the car was completely fixed.

Things went smoothly. Kim Nichols was very professional and helpful. The only issue I have is I found a scuff on the truck that I feel was there when I bought it. It had rained that day which made it hard to see during the process of me looking at the exterior of the truck earlier in the day. I cannot really blame the dealership because I should have looked at the exterior more carefully before I left the lot. I have been very careful with the truck since I left the lot. I have parked away from other cars when out and kept the truck in my garage at home.

Went on the 18th for an oil consumption test due to me having to put oil in because the light came on and there was no oil on the dip stick after i got my first oil change from this dealership. So i got my oil changed again to start the consumption test andWhen i went on the 18th i was told that the oil was still full after 2000 miles the advisor told me maybe the technician on the first oil change did not fill the oil all the way. I believe that as the dip stick was bone dry if thats the case i feel as if the dealership should provide a complimentary oil change due to inconvenience as i have had to buy 2 qts of oil to put in and i have to go to the dealership every 2000 miles to check the oil for the oil consumption test. The advisors and receptionist in service are really nice and professional

I was about 20 minutes early for my appointment and my vehicle was taken in and the service was performed immediately.

The technician did not complete the "Inspection" portion of the bill and I had to ask for it. The service advisor, Tabatha Barker, followed up with the technician and provided the completed report with suggested repairs that needed to be done. I was suspicious of the need for new wiper blades because I had them replaced 4 months ago-not at Hardy. I am now skeptical about the other suggestions of an engine air filter and front and rear brakes. I plan to get a "second option"!

I asked to have my breaks checked because they are squeaking. However, they did not check them or explain to me anything about my breaks. This is the second time is have asked about my breaks. The first time is asked to change them and they had me sit there for 5 hours thinking my breaks were being changed. They said they will mail me the paper work but I never received the paper work at all for a break change. About a few days later the breaks began to squeak again. I’m not sure what’s going on and never get a direct answer.

My truck was serviced for the 2nd time in its life but it also took twice as long as its 1st service. (Hence the 4 stars) My problem with scheduling service is that I had asked for some warranty work done, to look at my infotainment system, because of connection and volume problems. I was told I would have to make another appointment for that. They don’t understand that it is an hour drive ONE WAY to have my vehicle serviced. It’s a hardship on me, the customer, and should be handled accordingly.

Connor was great! I am a big fan of working numbers on the front end before even stepping in to the dealership. I don't want to waste your time or mine. We made this deal over a 3 day period, 100% through texting. He was able to get me in to the car I wanted, with the payment I wanted, even with a good deal of negative equity in my trade. When I walked in the to dealership he had everything ready to go, I was in/out in 45 minutes. 100% how I want to do deals! He and the staff at Hardy were all awesome, so kind, and just easy to work with!

I had one of the best vehicle purchase experiences ever at Hardy Chevrolet in Dallas. The sales associate, Adam Teal, was absolutely amazing. He greeted my wife and I in a friendly and professional manner and was not pushy or over bearing. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was able to narrow down the options to exactly what we were looking for. Honestly, we had zero intentions of making a purchase but he made it happen by finding the right vehicle for the right price and topping it off with true professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. First I asked DJ to have the breaks checked the results was yellow when asked why the breaks were not replaced his response was they really don’t need to be yet comments stated possible otherwise. Second when leaving there was a rubbing sound coming from the front tires after they were rotated. Had to take car back to be rechecked. It was a tire weight rubbing on the caliber which unless the technician was deaf would have realized the problem before finishing and would have checked it out. This was my wife’s car 2009 Chevy tractor, very disappointed by the quality of the service. Have been coming for almost 30 years for service the staff needs to treat the customer care as if they were a family member.

Free multi point inspection offered in app. Made appointment, over 2 hours to tell me my car horn has great life expectancy. No issues other than radio glitch. Be nice to know in advance nothing worth checking is free. N/A for the engine filter, which is a yes or no so it can be purchased at time of service. Now 3 days in a row after inspection my car wouldn't start. Consider adding more to the FREE inspection to make it worth while. My teenage nieces can do this service check in my driveway.

My wife and I flew in from out of town after accepting the terms of purchase and the financing deal over the phone. Very happy with KC, Lynn, and David for picking us up from the airport, welcoming us and getting the paperwork going, and getting us into our new truck as quickly as they could so we could drive back home. Although I was hesitant throughout the deal making process leading up to the decision, as I was engaging several other dealers, once I was able to understand all the details I needed to make a decision, the rest of the process was smooth sailing thanks to your professional and friendly team.

I thought I had already posted this, but if not, it was an outstanding experience… They were efficient kind, and very empathetic as I was having troubles with my truck… And that is very stressful… I most likely will change my service group to Hardy Chevrolet as I bought my truck at Thornton Chevrolet, and I’ve always gone there… You have an outstanding crew

Came in for a diagnosis because there was no check engine light on. Appointment was at 8:30 am and arrived slightly before this. After six hours waiting finally got a diagnosis of about $2K for fuel pump replacement which is totally outrageous. Paid the $150 diagnostic fee and said I would think about it. Called my regular mechanic who able to replace the fuel pump with genuine oem parts for half this amount. Next day after repair, car still doing same thing. So diagnosis was incorrect. Wasted 150 for the diagnostic fee and six hours of my time and the cost of getting something that wasn’t broken replaced. Now I am still stuck with the same issue and I can’t trust going back to the Dealership for another diagnostic fee and still not getting the issue corrected.

I take my truck there for the bed cover. They said it was going to take 2 hours and I end up spending close to 4 hours. And then order some weather map and they charge me $26 just to put them in. And that's not fair for you to charge $26 just put some mats on the floor

7:30am appointment. Easy in, easy out. Employees were very nice & pleasant.

It took almost 2.5 hours for oil, filter and inspection. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and arrived on time but there was a long line in front of me. The restroom was messy and smelled bad. Waiting room was ok. I received a text after they got me into their system to use for status updates but never received one even after sending a request. Service advisor was very nice and all people I interacted with treated me well.

I found my 2026 Chevy 2500 HD online with some crazy discounts that seemed to good to be true. I contacted Hardy thru the internet and was given Tyrone Newbern as a salesperson. Tyrone was one of the most easiest to work with as there's no BS with this guy. Tyrone sent me the offer with my trade and yes it was the same as the internet. Because Hardy is over 2 hours from my home I did shop his bottom line with other dealers and found no one could come close to this deal as I got a Z71 and everyone else was quoting Custom models. If you want a great deal go see Tyrone at Hardy as you won't be disappointed.

It is always a pleasant experience when visiting Hardy Chevrolet Service Center, and I started serving my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu through the years, and I was so impressed with the service till when I seen the 2025 Envision, I knew I was going to purchase it from Hardy Chevrolet. The service department is always efficient, and quick in getting me in for service, and the best part of the visit is I get to check out their huge car lot with all types and models of vehicles while waiting for service without any hassle.

They were very welcoming. Customer service was great. It was nice to have a desk to work at in the lounge.

The waiting room was extremely hot. But, the real problem is, after you worked on my electronics, the driver assist no longer works (it did on the way to your dealership.) And, the thumb unlock on the door handles no longer work.

Rebecca Campbell was our sales lady and she was amazing!! She was quick to get everything finalized and into our car! She was very professional and showed such passion for her job. Will definitely recommend Hardy and Rebecca to all my family and friends!

The service technician was great.

You charged me for tire balancing, I still have unbalance vibration noise. EVERY TIME I BRING MY CAR IN FOR OIL CHANGE, YOU MOVE MY SEAT POSITION, YOU CHANGE MY DISPLAY. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS BEFORE BUT IT DON'T SEEM TO DO ANYGOOD.

Oil change and to evaluate a side mirror took 2 1/2 hours. Service advisor did not have any answers to any of my questions. I asked the service advisor for an update on the side mirror and was not given one. I was not updated on any issues until time to pay. Then I find out a part will need to be ordered and a return trip will have to be scheduled.
