Friendly and timely

Connor was great! I am a big fan of working numbers on the front end before even stepping in to the dealership. I don't want to waste your time or mine. We made this deal over a 3 day period, 100% through texting. He was able to get me in to the car I wanted, with the payment I wanted, even with a good deal of negative equity in my trade. When I walked in the to dealership he had everything ready to go, I was in/out in 45 minutes. 100% how I want to do deals! He and the staff at Hardy were all awesome, so kind, and just easy to work with!

First I asked DJ to have the breaks checked the results was yellow when asked why the breaks were not replaced his response was they really don’t need to be yet comments stated possible otherwise. Second when leaving there was a rubbing sound coming from the front tires after they were rotated. Had to take car back to be rechecked. It was a tire weight rubbing on the caliber which unless the technician was deaf would have realized the problem before finishing and would have checked it out. This was my wife’s car 2009 Chevy tractor, very disappointed by the quality of the service. Have been coming for almost 30 years for service the staff needs to treat the customer care as if they were a family member.

Came in for a diagnosis because there was no check engine light on. Appointment was at 8:30 am and arrived slightly before this. After six hours waiting finally got a diagnosis of about $2K for fuel pump replacement which is totally outrageous. Paid the $150 diagnostic fee and said I would think about it. Called my regular mechanic who able to replace the fuel pump with genuine oem parts for half this amount. Next day after repair, car still doing same thing. So diagnosis was incorrect. Wasted 150 for the diagnostic fee and six hours of my time and the cost of getting something that wasn’t broken replaced. Now I am still stuck with the same issue and I can’t trust going back to the Dealership for another diagnostic fee and still not getting the issue corrected.

#1) I'm still waiting on a part to come in. Since MAY!!! There has been no contact from the company to give me an update. Very frustrating. #2) The service person who did my door lock fix was great. And that problem has been resolved. Just want the whole thing to be fixed so I can enjoy my new to me vehicle.

This trip just like the ones before are always exceeds expectations. The team members worked hard and got my wife the Tahoe she wanted and below the price she had budgeted for. This makes vehicle number 4 for us and there will be more to come in the future. Don, Jimmy, Mr Harrison once again treated us like family and we appreciate it every trip to the dealership.

I had one of the best vehicle purchase experiences ever at Hardy Chevrolet in Dallas. The sales associate, Adam Teal, was absolutely amazing. He greeted my wife and I in a friendly and professional manner and was not pushy or over bearing. I found my 2026 Chevy 2500 HD online with some crazy discounts that seemed to good to be true. I contacted Hardy thru the internet and was given Tyrone Newbern as a salesperson. Tyrone was one of the most easiest to work with as there's no BS with this guy. Tyrone sent me the offer with my trade and yes it was the same as the internet. Because Hardy is over 2 hours from my home I did shop his bottom line with other dealers and found no one could come close to this deal as I got a Z71 and everyone else was quoting Custom models. If you want a great deal go see Tyrone at Hardy as you won't be disappointed.

Free multi point inspection offered in app. Made appointment, over 2 hours to tell me my car horn has great life expectancy. No issues other than radio glitch. Be nice to know in advance nothing worth checking is free. N/A for the engine filter, which is a yes or no so it can be purchased at time of service. Now 3 days in a row after inspection my car wouldn't start. Consider adding more to the FREE inspection to make it worth while. My teenage nieces can do this service check in my driveway.

I had very happy with the buying experience. Everyone done everything they could to work with me staying late to work with my schedule.

It took almost 2.5 hours for oil, filter and inspection. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and arrived on time but there was a long line in front of me. The restroom was messy and smelled bad. Waiting room was ok. I received a text after they got me into their system to use for status updates but never received one even after sending a request. Service advisor was very nice and all people I interacted with treated me well.

Oil change and to evaluate a side mirror took 2 1/2 hours. Service advisor did not have any answers to any of my questions. I asked the service advisor for an update on the side mirror and was not given one. I was not updated on any issues until time to pay. Then I find out a part will need to be ordered and a return trip will have to be scheduled.

I take my truck there for the bed cover. They said it was going to take 2 hours and I end up spending close to 4 hours. And then order some weather map and they charge me $26 just to put them in. And that's not fair for you to charge $26 just put some mats on the floor

I arrived at my scheduled time to have my air bag installed (recall from GMC). I waited while they had my car for about 15 mins, then I was told the part wasn’t there. I was told someone would contact me when the part is there. I still haven’t received a call. I found it strange that I was told the part was in and to come on my scheduled date, yet it wasn’t there when I arrived. The employee was very nice and she apologized for the inconvenience. I was fine with having to return.. just need a call and have this scheduled.

I spoke with KC by phone on several occasions and he was always the most helpful. If we were not calling him, he was calling us. We were looking for a specific vehicle that was very hard to find but KC and your dealership had one. We live 4 hours away in Tennessee and he did a fantastic job doing almost all of it over the phone. By the time we got there it was an easy in and out process. The vehicle was great and everything we expected. KC went above and beyond to make our experience amazing.

My truck was serviced for the 2nd time in its life but it also took twice as long as its 1st service. (Hence the 4 stars) My problem with scheduling service is that I had asked for some warranty work done, to look at my infotainment system, because of connection and volume problems. I was told I would have to make another appointment for that. They don’t understand that it is an hour drive ONE WAY to have my vehicle serviced. It’s a hardship on me, the customer, and should be handled accordingly.

From the start, the dealership was transparent and focused on the understanding my needs and how I wanted to purchase our next vehicle. Once Jimmy and sales management understood my perspective they answered my questions and created a framework for us to reach a successful conclusion. At each point, Jimmy was extremely responsive.

Normally everything is great but this time I was having an issue with my remote/key fob. sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I usually have to keep playing with it before it will work. dealership could not duplicate the problem. I am afraid sometimes I will get stranded with it not working.

It is always a pleasant experience when visiting Hardy Chevrolet Service Center, and I started serving my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu through the years, and I was so impressed with the service till when I seen the 2025 Envision, I knew I was going to purchase it from Hardy Chevrolet. The service department is always efficient, and quick in getting me in for service, and the best part of the visit is I get to check out their huge car lot with all types and models of vehicles while waiting for service without any hassle.

They were very welcoming. Customer service was great. It was nice to have a desk to work at in the lounge.

The waiting room was extremely hot. But, the real problem is, after you worked on my electronics, the driver assist no longer works (it did on the way to your dealership.) And, the thumb unlock on the door handles no longer work.

I was so appreciative of the young lady (whose name I can’t recall) who was the service coordinator for me. I was stranded about 2 miles away with what I thought was a dead battery. She sent David to jump my car so I could drive to have a new battery installed at your service center. My mother brought her car to you all for several years, and was always pleased with the service she received. Now, so am I! Thank you!

I paid for an oil change AND tire rotation but I got home to realize my tires weren’t rotated. Not only that, but there are nails in both front tires, yet “no damage” was marked on the paperwork, leading me to believe the tires weren’t even looked at, let alone rotated. Hopefully my oil was actually changed…

Maintenance was what was expected as far as time goes. Charles was very friendly and helpful. I am disappointed that the price keeps going up. Please don't say it is because of Covid. That reason has been run into the ground!

The service man that took my car stated the check engine light was on. It was not on, on the way over there. When I got back in my car isn't wasn't on either. He wanted to run a test that would have cost me over $100 and it wasn't even necessary. I'm glad I didn't allow him to run the test when it wasn't needed. I don't appreciate him trying to get more money out of me.

Had appointments at 2 on 12-10 for 1st service on 2025 Equ purchased from Hardy. I mistakingly thought an appointment at 2 meant my car would be serviced at 2. Anna sent me to lounge which had no coffee. I immediately received a text that stated to reply and I would receive updates on the progress of service. I replied “thanks Anna.” And thought that was great. At 4 I text Anna and asked for an update. NO REPLY !!After 2 hours and 30 minutes the car was done. That is unacceptable to me.

Service was great but prices seem to have gone up a large amount.

Making service appointment online is easy. Wait time for oil change and filters was ridiculous at 2 hours and expensive even with so called GM credits. Will replace filters myself next time. Service people should not come into waiting room to discuss someone's vehicle issues in front of other people.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. Everybody I dealt with was super friendly and very professional. Tyrone was my salesman and he was AMAZING !! Tyler in finance walked me through all of my options and paperwork and Rachel from customer relations was exceptional. She helped me get my Chevy app setup on my phone then sat in the truck with me and helped with the initial user setup connecting my phone to the truck and showing my all of the important options on the vehicle and getting the Onstar service started. From start to finish the whole process took around 3 hours. Not a single person was pushy and genuinely cared about me having a quality experience. Had to call 3 weeks after you had my car and still couldn't find out what was wrong with it. Called several times and after over a month I finally find out what was wrong and you said it would cost almost 4000 dollars and I found someone to do it for 500.

Excellent service this time around. Truck required sixty thousand mile service along with two batteries that were nearing end of life. Service writer, Charles, checked me in and kept me updated throughout the service visit. Service was completed in a timely manner and ready when promised.

My experience was terrible once again im convinced now they sabotaged my truck as my brand new suspension is now riding like a brick. The steering is sloppy the seat they supposedly fixed is worse than before. Looks like they washed my truck with sandpaper. And all of this after they purposefully wrote up my claim so it would be denied . I will say the assistant service manager was good to me but his team is crooked. And I will be filing multiple complaints. Im se ding my new shocks off to see if someone contaminated them by putting air in them. If so I will be filing a lawsuit against the dealership I am also pursuing a class action lawsuit for the transmission as im tired of my truck slamming gears and no one will look at it.

Went well, scheduling service was easy and quick. Service was completed in what I thought was a very efficient amount of time. Was provided a courtesy shuttle ride which I greatly appreciated. Service rep was thorough, knowledgeable, and transparent about service needs, etc. My only complaint is that the service tech did not reinstall skid plate and did not top off oil as the repair to the vehicle included some loss of oil to complete. The vehicle needed 1.5 quarts of oil. Thx

Poor communication… at first response was good but then I had to continue to ask. Part of the service wasn’t taken care of. Kept my truck overnight and then I picked it up and service dept said we would reschedule. I tried to set a day but no response… Truck still not repaired

This was a waste of my time. I felt scolded by Jackie who told me “You should’ve called to make your appointment”. Due yo needing a technician for the ESC error which I notated on my scheduled appointment. Regarding the tire monitoring error- you didn’t have to the part. This was a total waste of my day off except I got an oil change with my rewards points. But Jackie needs to listen to customers. Initially I told her I wanted to do the sensor that was out, she only requested an oil change. So, I had to wait only to be then told- “We don’t have the part, you need to call back to reschedule. If I need to call you back, then I won’t be coming back. I will go somewhere else, where my time and money are appreciated. Worst service experience ever compared with all other Chevrolet dealership service related concerns.

My experience at the Service Center was wonderful. The only issue I had was that when the appointment was confirmed, I was given the address of the dealership, not the Service Center, and I was never given any other address or alternate instructions. I had an appointment at 8am, the dealership doesn't open until 8:30. After finally calling the number on the appointment confirmation I was told where to go. It would have been very helpful to have the correct address given to me when the appointment was confirmed.

I had app. at 2:30 P.M. and had to wait so long. Didn't get out of there till 4:00 P.M. How long does iy take to do an oil change and tire rotation? Unacceptable! I have never had to wait that long.

Service department was friendly and communicative. They quickly diagnosed the problem which was in line with expectations. They were able to order the parts and had the repair completed within a day of the vehicle being dropped off for diagnostics. Final price for service (including tax) ended up being less than the initial price quoted (pre tax).

The service crew is excellent, professional, and friendly. I arrived early for my service appointment before the department was open and the outside temperature was 12 degrees. The gentleman inside noticed me waiting and allowed me to pull into the garage and sit in the waiting room until the shop opened up and my service was complete. Another example of why Hardy is my Go-TO Dealer.

The service girl was nice enough although she did not let me know about the extra charge for a filter they installed. when I got to the cashier to pay I was questioning the extra $80 charge and she acted like I should just pay whatever she said. I also had a coupon I had mentioned when I made the appointment. The AP for GM was down so basically she was not going to look it up for me or give me time. I have been a customer there for 30 years, I did not feel special in any way.

Great people, great experience, great service on my GMC truck. My only suggestion would be that you really have to up your service waiting area - it’s dark, cramped and not at all in keeping with your size, scale and your standing in the community. Your outstanding people and your customers, whom you say you love and need, should have access to a better facility - this would be the only reason that I would look elsewhere when buying or seeking service for my vehicles in the future.

2025 truck had only 9,300 miles on it at my second oil change. Explained that my oil life was at 34% and I wasn’t sure about air filter to service women. When they were done I received a bill for $310.00 dollars for oil change and tire rotation. I was shocked at the cost for that and looked at the bill and noticed that I was charged for a fuel filter replacement when I never asked for one or needed one at that time which was an added $90.00 charge. Manager gave me a free oil change on next visit to compensate me for wha happened.

The service department was able to schedule my factor recall the same time as my oil change thus only having to make one trip. Very friendly and helpful.
